Dr. Laug has a spaced out vaccine schedule, which is why we chose him as our pediatrician. He believes in medicine, but will only use it when he has to. Every appointment is extremely thorough (he examines them all the way down to the diaper). He has his own private building and parking lot that is not shared with anyone and they are always running on time. We never have to wait. I mostly appreciate that they call back within 30 minutes if you leave a message in the middle of the night. They have never failed at returning a call or taking the time to explain things to me. They can also fit you in for a same-day visit if necessary.


I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
