This Dr left me in an exam room in a gown for 3 hours, I literal had to go into the hallway to get her to come into my room. Another time I was bitten by a farrow cat in the morning before work and bleed a lot. Call to get in to see Dr and was told NO. Went to work, with in hours the red streaks were going up my leg. This office used to close at 2 PM and opened as an after hour clinic, so after 2 I went in and was treated for blood poisoning. They ask why I didn’t come in when it happened I explained I called and refused. At that time I was told it wasn’t because of time, but the Dr Jill Robinson her self said not to give me an appointment. I had been her patient for several years, so I was an established patient. Where were many issues with her I let slide ( she likes to talk about herself and her clothes, family etc), refusing to see me let the bacteria from the cat bite to go through my system when she could have done something about it right after it happened. Needless to say I no longer use her and tell everyone I know about my opinion, which is very negative about her! If you are looking for a new Dr, DO NOT USE HER!
