They answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were extremely responsive and gave me so much vital information. As a referral from my GP, it was very easy to get an appointment. They got me in extremely quickly - within a week. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here.

He also made a point to explain their follow-up appointment process and the time to expect from the initial blood draw in the lab until the appointment with the doctor. He even made a point to mention that I may leave the building between appointments to run errands or get breakfast, etc.
