They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
