I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've always appreciated how much they go out of their way to make me feel respected before and after my surgery.
