Receptionist Christy set an appointment for our son to be seen by Dr. Kurtzman, then she leaves me a message to reschedule the day before our appointment. When I call to find out why she then said my wife called and canceled the appointment and my wife NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL. Christy was extremely rude!!! We then wait to takl to Dr. Kurtzman and when he arrives, he walks right by us, ignores us and doesn't even give us a chance to talk to him. I filed a complaint against the SC medical examiners board about his unprofessionalism and his extremely rude staff. Not to mention Christy brings her 4 month old baby to work while talking on the phone and helping clients. I am completely appalled over this office and would not recommend this place to anybody.
