I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
