Dr.Chang is a true professional, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. You can tell that he not only excels at his profession but also truly cares about you, his patient. He is very thorough and is persistent in listening to your questions/concerns and explaining information in a warm, non-condescending way. I am confident that I have found the best primary care doctor out there, and I'm glad I switched to his practice while he was accepting new patients.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
