Dr. Kim is very thorough and personable. She cares about her patients. She is busy. However, when she is attending to you, you have her complete attention. Her bedside manner is great. I've seen her at the hospital and her office. I am very sorry that we have had to move away from the Charleston area. I don't think that we will be able to replace her.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
