This Doctor was the most rude person I have ever seen for a medical appointment. I left and told the front desk that I never wanted to be seen by this doctor again. I never set another appointment with her. She had a terrible bedside manner. She acted as though she hated men or whites, or both. I was shocked and puzzled at her behavior toward me, when I went out of the way to be kind and polite to her. I felt like asking for a refund. I would NOT recommend this doctor. I only chose 1 star because I could not choose zero.

I do not feel that Dr. Oliver has good "bed-side" manners. There is a sense of a very cold deameanor in dealing with her. I would expect that you get friendly service from your doctor and that when questions are asked she would make you comfortable that no concern is trivial. I have not been comfortable and chose Dr. Oliver because she was a woman. I will be seeking a new Primary Care Physician.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
