They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.
