Very good about calling you back with an answer to your question. If doctor is running late for app they call and say he is running late and come in at a later time or make another app.so your not sitting there forever. When I had a health emergency and called they got me in right away,and made an app for a heart cath the next day.
I wish all doctors office ran this way it would make life so much easier.
