I have been told that this is the best place to take your child in town numerous times. On visits I feel the staff was overall pleasant but when calling into the office I feel as though I'm treated more as an inconvenience to them. First off when they are not open or on lunch your forwarded to the hospital switch board who get very annoyed when having to tell you the hours to call back. Then when I had reached the office ... I had called a few times about switching my sons formula the most resent call I was put on hold probably about 15 mins waiting for a nurse to help me . When the nurse finally answered she asked how she could help me I began to explain that my son had switched formulas and was still have issues but not nearly as bad but b4 I could finish my first sentence she went" whoa whoa whoa. No what do u need ? " like she didn't care just wanted to know what she needed to do to get me off the phone. I almost considered telling her I wanted to speak with someone else but didn't want to deal with the same attitude from someone else. Instead I just told her I needed a script and I guess at his next appointment I will finally inform them that he still he issues. So I wouldn't bother calling your better off stopping by
