The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
