I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Marchioli and the entire staff at Hahne Cancer Center. They treated my father with the utmost respect and care. They were very up front with us, took all the time we needed at appointments, always timely answered our questions when we called. They were very responsive and caring. I think Dr. Marchioli has one of the best bed side manners I have ever encountered.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. When I was diagnosed with a pre cancerous condition I was referred to this doctor, who I was a previous patient of. After 3 weeks with numerous calls... I was told that he wouldn't see me because I was going to have the procedure done at a different hospital! Wouldn't they have known this right away, now I have to find a new hematologist before I can have my procedure. I hope three weeks didn't cause me more problems!
