Please stay away from this doctor. He does not refer to the specialists. He performed a rubber band ligation of my hemorrhoid that was very unsuccessful. I had to go to a different doctor to correct his work.

Well, I called upmc to schedule an annual examination, and picked this doctor because his office was closer to my place. I wish I had gone to Magee-Womens instead. His office had outdated furniture, and he had flyers for his hair removal services. It was a red flag for me. Seriously, if he had a flourishing practice, he wouldn't be offering brazilian at his office, right?

He told me that I have retroflex uterus, and he made feel confused about the situation. And he was like if it was 50 years ago, people would have said you are infertile. Seriously? He might have called me barren while he was at it. I wanted to ask him about all that in his office after the examination but he blatantly told me that I am lucky if I don't have painful intercourse; in front of everyone at the checkout desk!! Not professional.

I would never recommend him. Instead, I will go on and file a complaint. This is not the UPMC service I know.
