I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
