This is the most unethical, useless, arrogant doctor I've ever encountered. You never see him, unless a big problem arises. You see his students. He has a serious god complex, and hates to be questioned. Improving patients' quality of life, is NOT a priority here. Patients are treated like complete idiots, 2nd class citizens, whose lives don't matter. He teaches the student doctors to be the same too. They are judgmental, dismissive, and suspicious of any patient who expects them to actually abide by the Hippocratic Oath. An oath, they seem to all too often forget they've taken. They don't like filling out paperwork that doctors should fill out, and unjustly question patients on personal issues that have NOTHING to do with treating them. They are biased, and pretentious narcissists who do NOT treat patients with dignity. They are dismissive, and refuse to even acknowledge patient's concerns. If you question them, they write patients off as "neurotic", or out right crazy. They hate to order tests, even routine blood-work for a physicals. You can forget about getting a referral from this office. If they don't know what's wrong with you, they accuse you of over reacting, and will never accept that there are specialists out there who know better than the simple general probationer goon doctor and his henchmen students. There is no use in going here because you do NOT get any services. If you end up in the hospital because of them, they will NOT cooperate with your the other doctors in your care. Going to the hospital is probably the only way you will get to ever see a specialist, and only because the specialists request the referral. They will still make it difficult for your specialists to treat you because their arrogance prevents them from taking any recommendations. They changed their name several times. Maybe because they were audited? They are the same lowlife, unethical, goons that were always there, run by the same old narcissist doctor, who would easily lose his license to practice in areas with better healthcare systems. They still can practice because Luzerne County is corruption County, and most people don't even know what a good doctor is or what ethics even are. Its not worth it to go here, waste your time, and be told basically there's nothing wrong, or its your fault and they can't help. Please, Please, someone audit them NOW. Oh, and BTW, they have so few patients now, the office is almost always empty, but you still wait 30 min. to see the doctors, and another 30 min. for them to tell you they will do NOTHING. I'm traveling 1 1/2 away to a new doctor because they don't deserve my co-pay, and they don't deserve my insurance company to pay the for being worthless, do-nothing thugs. The person who said Dr.English was the best, and healthcare in his area is better than California, is clearly lying to boost his ratings. A simple google search will tell you patients here suffer more than the rest of the state, and the few good doctors admit its because of arrogant trash like. Dr. English, who refuse to give preventive care, proper testing/referrals, and adequately treat. Stay way from this practice, your LIFE LITERALLY depends on it. If they treat you the same as others who complained here, make sure to tell your insurance company that the refuse preventive care, testing, and referrals. Definitely leave a review on every site possible. It can save lives. They can get mad if they read this but not english or his goon students doctors can say its a lie.
