About
Sarah Wittman
Sarah Wittman, MD, is a family medicine physician who enjoys talking and listening to her patients in order to help them understand their bodies and their health. She sees the patient-physician relationship as a partnership where patients are active in their own care decisions. Dr. Wittman values the trust and communication inherent in building strong relationships with patients and their families, which is why she chose family medicine as a career. Along with preventive and general exams, she performs dermatological treatments, such as biopsies, incision and drainage, and cyst excisions. She is also interested in sports medicine, women’s health, and mental health care. Dr. Wittman received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed a transitional year residency at Saint Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio, and a family medicine residency at Latrobe Family Medicine in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
