I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

These are my rememberances of Dr. Rao from 10 years ago. I was so pleased with him and treated so well by his staff that I am going to go back to him once I return to Pittsburgh. Do I recommend him? Absolutely!
