Was seen twice by Dr Young. First time I waited 40 minutes before being seen. While waiting in the room, I could hear the doctor talking down to his staff in the hallway. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The nurse came in and she was great. Very friendly. Dr Young came in and was very rushed. He would ask a question and never let me complete a whole answer. The whole appointment with Dr Young last maybe 10 minutes. My second appointment was embarrasing. I waited ONE HOUR before being seen, after being told "it will be a couple of minutes". Again, Dr Young was heard in the hallway talking down to his staff. When Dr Young did come in, he asked 5 questions and never looked at the area needing attention. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. I will NEVER go back. I work in healthcare, specifically with patients on a one on one basis. I know what professional looks like and it isn't him. And no, I gain nothing by writing this. Wish I had someone tell it like it is on here before I wasted my time and money.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell that Scott Young, MD was very respected by all the nurses and the staff. I immediately knew I was under the care of a kind, caring doctor.
