I think VERY highly of Dr. Sedgewick given that he has performed 2 surgeries on my knee (ACL/Meniscus), 1 surgery on my son, and surgeries on a few of my friends/acquaintances I have recommended to him... He has always been professional, kind, knowledgeable and always spends as much time as needed to ensure I feel comfortable and fully understand my situation and what the solutions are. He ensures that he does what is needed to match my activity level, and lifestyle - which I like aggressive, complete fixes so I can go right back to my sports. To be balanced, there are 2 things I do know: 1. They are sticklers about if you have seen another physician, then they don't start treatment. 2. They have high call volumes right after this holiday season, so it takes a bit longer to get through to scheduling than normal. That being said, what matters to me, is WHO is working on my knee so I get the best outcome. Given his background in sports medicine, his experience level, his ethic, and bedside manner, I trust him completely and he has done great things for me. We joke in our household that he is our "family doctor" and that is not going to change, and I will continue to tell all my friends and family that you have a great surgeon in Dr. Sedgewick.

I think Dr Sedgewick is the best Doctor. he is patient, smart, and caring. I would recommend him withjout any reservation. He and his partners business office , though, is poor. I have had to waid for a very long tiime on hold twice to get an appt. I ended up driving to the office to make one. I also was hasseled about a bill, being told I could not have an appt until I paid the bill. I had not yet received the bill!. They were unappologitic about this and inssited on payment. That same day after going home, my first bill for the service arrived in the mail. I owed $20 for an injection

It is worth my time to see Dr Sedgewick. I think he is an extroadinary Dr so I will take the time to go there. But I resent the impersonal business office has showed a disregard for my medical care, my time, and only cares about my money. I should add the receptionists are very nice. This is a management issue.
