They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
