Overall my experience was good. There was only one time I didn't get a call back when needed. If I was to go through this again, I would choose another provider with a different (primary) staff. Just a bit more willingness to take action on questions or specific needs would be nice. Mom's who are wanting a bit more time spent per appointment or who know they will have extra needs to meet may want to consider this. I do think the office is technically very careful and qualified to provide care however.

This provider provides straighforward care. The answers to your questions will be pretty "cut and dried".
Their advice is always straight to the point and unbiased. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
