They answered many of my questions on the first visit 5 years ago, but each visit since has felt rushed. I have left in tears twice because of the time wasted driving there (I live one hour away). I now rely on my rheumatologist, who is wonderful, to help me with my neuropathy, only relying on the neurologist for the migraines. Their staff is rarely friendly, and never friendly when it comes to important, pressing issues (when I'm not feeling well and need help), I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I have been trying to find a new neurologist, but it is taking time (I don't want to just rush from one to another).
