I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
