What an amazing place. Having to relocate and be away from helping my mother was very hard. The Elgin Family Medical Clinic has helped so much. Brandy Cooper has provided me and my sibling comfort. She has returned call efficiently and answered all our questions. Mom was sick one time and needed to go to the hospital, they kept her easy, fed her and did a terrific job until my brother was able to make the hour n a half trip. I cannot say enough good about the care and compassion shared here.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt there was information that should have been shared with attention to its importance and why. Just telling me to see a specialist for my symptoms was not good enough. And telling me this was not your area of expertise didn't help me know what to do next either.
