I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. This provider does not go out of his way to provide superior care, so I don't recommend him for those dealing with chronic issues. He's ok for regular checkups and uncomplicated issues.
