I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Dr. Winerman is a legend in the Lima area. My kids are proud to have him as their doctor. When we cannot see him, the practice has 2 Nurse Practitioners and 3 other Board certified Pediatricians to cover for him. We are happy there.
