Have been a patient over 15 years. It's near impossible to get someone on the phone. If you leave a message saying you need an appt or medication refills, they rarely contact you. I have been trying to get a refill on my meds for about 6 weeks. Pharmacy contacted them & was denied refill saying I need to make appointment. Left message trying to schedule appt, no response. Tried having pharmacy put in request asking them to call to schedule appt, nothing. called for almost a week, no answer, next week, busy. Have been out of meds too long, having withdrawals, sweating 24/7, wake up soaked, dizzy/vertigo, sore muscles & pain in joints. Contacted Medical Society, they gave number for answering service, they stated that Dr. lundermans office moved 6/29/15 and changed their number. They never bothered to notify patients. I called new number and got machine, left my info stating I need appt now, having withdrawals. Has been almost a week, no response. This has made my life difficult because I cannot function correctly, basically have to sit at home with air and fan on my or sweat drips off me. Too sore to do anything. Whatever you do do not go to this Doctor if you want to stat sane and not be ignored.

The worst doctor's office experience I've ever had. My son took me because my daughter had to use my other car. Overall we were there almost three hours. I spent about 15 minutes of that with the social worker and about seven minutes with the doctor. Instead of trying to reduce my meds,he gave me another one. I'll never go back. I've been trying to call for a half hour to cancel my appointment buy all it does is ring.
