They answer the phone right away and I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time. My first visit went well but the Dr. was in and out of the room so fast I felt like I wasted me time. After a week in a half they called me to inform me my pap came back abnormal so I set up another appt. for a biopsy. I live 30 minutes away and when I got there they turned me away and would not see me because I did not have my copay. I understand I'm responsible for paying my copay but during my first visit I asked if I had a copay and they said no so I was not aware that there would be a copay during this visit. I feel hurt that they turned me away because I was unaware of the copay and wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. I have already made an appt. elsewhere and will not be going back.

The dr is nice, but her staff simply hate their life and everyone that walks in the office. Do not be surprised if you are waiting for hours after your due appt time!!! When I told the receptionist that I needed to pick up my daughter after waiting 1.5 hrs she said their is nothing she can do!! Is this a professional office or a circus? It's a shame that a good Dr. like Trisha is working with these clowns, I will NEVER go back again. They are constantly overbooked and have no control over their scheduling, very unprofessional and very unfriendly.
