They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
