I absolutely love Dr. Wilson, however, am not happy with the Atrium OBGYN Clinic on a whole. When I need to call the office, it is very difficult to get a nurse. The several times I have called, I have had the same trouble. The receptionist answers very promptly. Then you are on hold for 15+ minutes. You have the option to leave a message, but I have not had any luck in getting a return phone call when you leave a message. Therefore, the only option is to sit on hold for a very long time. I have also had difficulties with getting prescriptions refilled. I have checked the pharmacy 3 days later, and still not had the prescription called in.
I hate leaving the office because I do think Dr. Wilson is an excellent physician, but if you have other issues besides your yearly that need addressed, Atrium is not the clinic for you.
