They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
