They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
