They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. To begin, his staff constantly changes, yet somehow finds a way to change for the worse each time. I've had appointments scheduled for times when they aren't there. Appointment reminder call where they told me a wrong time - by 7 hours. They constantly forget to give me paperwork - orders, prescriptions, etc. I call for prescription refills and they say they will call it in, only to wait a week before calling the prescription fullfillment company to find out that they never called it in. To take the cake, today they never gave my bi-PAP machine back to me upon leaving. I always wait at least 20 min. past my appointment time before seeing the tech, then wait another 15 for the Dr. He continuously takes personal calls during my appointments and is more interested in selling/ordering expensive tests, equipment and evaluations than treating my conditions. He's rude, condescending and doesn't seem to be interested in offering substantive diagnosis or analysis. Don't go here for any reason. I would rate a zero if possible.

This is the worst doctor I have ever visited. He seem to have some problem with women and can get agitated/annoyed fairly quickly without any obvious reason, particularly if you ask questions or explanations (that you think may not be correct). He seems to be more after money and "other pleasure" than treating the patient. I will not recommend him to anyone.
They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
