I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Friendly, caring, concerned, eagar to help, eagar to listen before diagnosing and all around decent people that treat everyone and anyone with kindness and respect. Been going to Dr. Hyde for 20yrs and they never made me feel uncomfortable in any way. And there is hardly ever a waiting list in the waiting room. I am usually called back within the first 10min. after check in.
