The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
