Their staff is very friendly and professional. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.
He asked me what medications I was taking in the hallway! He didn't believe my concerns & began dictating my problem into his dictaphone, as I stood there, stating the opposite of what I said was the issue. Unbelievable.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
