Our elderly parents were Hubbard's patients for several years. Our family asked our parents to change doctors because we were concerned about the medical care they we were receiving through this person and practice, e.g. if their medical histories were being considered along with symptoms in making diagnoses and prescribing treatments. Specifically, our mom was examined by Hubbard a few days before she fell and broke her shoulder. Mom had told Hubbard she had severe pain in her hip; she had a total hip replacement done in the other hip a few years earlier. Upon examination, Mom experienced severe pain. Mom had a medical history of osteoporosis and arthritis. Hubbard assessed it as bursitis, gave her NSAIDs and sent her home. Mom fell a few days later; her hip was broken, which caused her to fall. If Hubbard had sent her for an X-ray on the day of that hip exam, we believe her fall and broken shoulder would have never occurred. Mom has never recovered from that fall and is now an invalid. Hubbard's mishandling of that hip exam was the catalyst in the decline of
Mom's physical condition and quality of life. We give her a ZERO star rating.

I have been seeing Dr Hubbard for 10 years, she is a wonderful doctor!! I never want to go to another doctor. She is very caring and always takes the time to listen to you and never makes you feel rushed! Her staff is amazing as well!They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
