"Doctor Joe" is not only the best doctor I have ever had help me.
He is also a friend.I have know idea how he is able to do it. The only thing I can think of is he has been touch by something bigger than all of us. He is one of the few. He spreads life and happiness around like its candy. He is truly a life saver to many many people. I feel richer having met this man.
