Dr. Chebaclo is listed as a heart doctor and is a cardiologist, so why is he referring a skipping heart beat problem back to a primary care doctor (internal medicine). He is the heart doctor and HE should be handling and dealing with any and all heart problems a person has.

Government wonders why Medicare payments are so high on the older people, well when you get referred from one doctor and they refer you back to the other doctor and they keep going back and forth and nothing gets done, what do you expect. The doctors get paid 2 or 3 times more than they should get paid for the same problem. The bad part is a person's health issue takes longer in getting rectified and they have to suffer longer because the doctor's are playing games.
