They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. The tubes that were put in my 1 year old son's ear were entirely too large, too big even for myself. 6 months after the surgery his ear began to bleed. We lived out of state at the time so, he saw a different ENT. They had to do reconstructive surgery. He is now almost 13 and has 90% hearing loss in his left ear.
