Can't get anyone on the phone?

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
