I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.
