She spent 3 minutes with me. I didn't get to talk at all. if I tried to speak I was interrupted by her. She was arrogant and impolite. At the end of the third minute she just left without saying good bye. It took me a while to understand that my appointment was over.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
