I have brought my son to this office for various problems with fluid in his hears. Dr. Shangold put in tubes, that worked out well. I like the doctors, but the office is run horribly. I was there yesterday and some people were waiting in the office for 2 hours, before they were called in. A number of people left without being seen. The desk staff was not helpful. My appointment was not with the doctor I requested. After 1 1/2 hours, my son was seen by the doctor for 4 min and he told us my son needed a hearing screening. I told him that I couldn't wait any longer, so I had to schedule another appt for next week. I had taken my kids out of school early, ran all over to get there, just to wait so long and not even have my issues addressed. Not happ!
