Excellent and friendly front office staff. The ladies were extremely nice and helpful. The doctor did not seem to want to know why I way there in detail. Said he would examine me to find out. I had the most comprehensive hearing test I could imagine (this was not my problem)) After testing I spoke with the doctor or rather he spoke to me again and told me my hearing was fine and that I should keep using the nasal spray that my family doctor recommended. That was it. He never touched on my actual problem. When I mentioned that in addition I had ringing in my ears he said "You've had it for years, deal with it" I was done and will not return ever. The 3.5 stars are for the office staff and the hearing tests.
