Trust is an important issue with a urologist and Dr. Weiss is thorough in his explanations, taking the time to make sure you are comfortable with your choice of treatments. The staff is efficient and the office is clean and run well.

They didn't leave me unattended once, and I wasn't kept waiting in the appointment room long at all. They are one of the most attentive doctors I've ever seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
