I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to get an appointment with them. I eventually was able to make one, but I had to wait quite awhile. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Dr. Ogura uses methods such as the bi-digital o ring test that are proven by peer reviewed studies to be ineffective and dangerous.
